   You have to download the file
   Then you have to run it to install it on your computer

  a)Before downloading any software
    make sure all programs / windows are closed.

  b)Some anti-virus software also interferes with the
    downloading of software so the operation of the
    anti-virus software should be suspended for a time.

  go on google &  type in (search) 

  0) www.teamviewer.com 
      Down load the windows version  “free for personal use”
  1) once teamviewer is running - select go to "Free Download"
  2) click on the green box :
					"Download"
        Select Free for private use - its about 9 meg large
  3) then click on teamviewer_setup-jhg.exe

  4) then click Run

  5) select Basic installation
     and
     select Personal/non-commercial use

  6) then click accept

     then wait a few minutes for it to load and RUN
     Ignore any anti-virus messages

       the blue white TeamViewer icon should be on your desktop
       click on the new "blue TeamViewer" icon on your Desktop

   7) then write down your "TeamViewer"
   Your teamviewer ID NUMBER ___ ___ ___ (9 NUMBERS)- does not change

   and your daily(session) Password ---- (normally > 4 characters)
	
   - session Password changes each time you use Teamviewer

    to run Teamviewer:
    click on the teamviewer icon
    and email
    or sms or phone me your teamviewer ID &
    Password for that session

    AND STAY ONLINE with Teamviewer active

    and all your documents must be closed
    and all your programs-windows  closed

    I will do a "disk Clean-up" and check your computer 
    before downloading our software. 
    We only load onto working computers with no faults.
